Pastoralia
Pastoralia is a showcase of activities carried out by professionals in the sheep industry in Roquefort. It presents the world of production of sheep milk in its historical, geographical, technical, economic and social. It is complementary to visit the cellars of Roquefort, which retraces the steps of cheese making.
The exhibition space is dedicated to the Pastoralia sheep. It offers the visitor an information, a teaching and extension. It is designed specifically for lay public and children.
